Chambres d’hôtes
1. All prices are in euros and are per room per night and include Taxe de Sejour. Rates are subject to change by the management.
2. Price includes breakfast and free use of the swimming pool which is shared with the occupants of the gite. The swimming pool is open from mid May to mid October (weather dependant)
3. Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is by 10am.
4. A deposit of 50 euros per room is required on booking to secure your reservation. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, unless we re-let the room. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the date of arrival you will be charged for one night’s accommodation.

Gite
5. All prices are per week and include taxe de sejour, bed linen and free use of the swimming pool. A cot or cradle is available upon prior notice being given. Rates are subject to change by the management.
6. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
7. Check in time on the day of arrival is after 3pm. Check out time on the departure date is by 10am.
8. A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking and full payment is due 12 weeks before your arrival here. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation less than 12 weeks prior to arrival, unless we re-let the gite. If cancellation is made within 1 week of the date of arrival you will be charged 50%
9. A breakage deposit of 500 euros is to be paid on arrival and will be refunded to you after inventory.
10. An extra 50 euros will be payable for cleaning the gite at the departure date
11. The Swimming pool is open from mid May to mid October (weather dependant) and is shared with the occupants of the chambres d’hôtes.

Swimming Pool
12. Children under the age of 12 and any person unable to swim must be accompanied by an adult who can swim whilst in the swimming pool area and whilst actually using the swimming pool.
13. Any person suffering with a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy or other severe illness must not use the pool.
14. No diving or jumping in the shallow end.
15. The pool is alarmed in accordance with French regulations. There is also a gate into the pool area, please keep the gate closed at all times.

General
16. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, gite and pool area.
17. We regret that no pets are allowed.
